Contacted Adam at 12PM on Saturday (during the Anzac Long Weekend) requesting emergency assistance to repair a fibre break in the Newcastle area as our usual contractors were unable to attend to this particular job by the Monday deadline. Adam made some calls to his team and had the fibre break repaired / services restored by 10AM Sunday. Expectations were exceeded and we will look to utilise Adam and Mark in future. Impressed with the professionalism and integrity displayed over the weekend.

Highly skilled and very professional, Mark and Adam from RAD Electric raise the bar when it comes to Fibre Optics, Data Cabling or Electrical work. Exceptional quality and delivery times, always on target and make working on jobs with them a breeze.
We initially engaged RAD to install Cat6 cabling in our new home, and they were such a pleasure to deal with we had them come back to completely redo the switchboard work that another outfit had butchered.
They're friendly, professional, helpful with advice and also welcome your direction if you want things done a certain way.
There's a great camaraderie evident in each of the teams, and I particularly liked all the "why we do this" explanations their new apprentice received while they were here. He's getting a GREAT education in the trade.
